At B-Team Jiu Jitsu, we stand by the quality of our gear, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the product is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items—ensuring they are free of pet hair and odors—and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
